Hi, I am Jacob， 陈宥吉。
I started off as a Real Estate Salesperson in the year of 2011. I was formerly a Personal Trainer in California fitness after my NS.
My mission is to live with integrity and to make the best possible difference in the lives of others. My primary job is not finding and selling homes, but building lasting relationships with the people I serve.
To achieve this I am applying the Coaching Philosophy, which is based on understanding of the real estate needs and goals of my clients and helping them to achieve their real estate potential.
My duty to all my sellers / buyers and Landlords / Tenants:
1) I will make it as stress-free as possible.
2) Hold your best interests in the highest regard and above my personal interest.
3) Explain each step of the process and assist you to make the most informed decisions.
And again my mission is to professionally represent your interests above all others whether you are buying, selling or renting. I feel my clients are much more than mere transactions, they're my future! Today, tomorrow and beyond..
My Goal:
To fulfill my clients' real estate needs and wants by carefully listening, researching, and finding the most appropriate properties that meet those needs and wants. Buyers and Sellers deserve accurate and current market information, honesty, and an agent who has integrity and professionalism. Sellers' properties should be sold in the shortest amount of time and for fair market value.
