To pursue her passion in this career, she took CEHA in 1999 to get certified in this trade. Real estate cycle are challenging, it takes persistence and determination to stay as a constant producer. With more than 20 years of experience, Ivy acclaimed personalized marketing plans & strategies were "HEART WORK" to get successful results for her clients. Ivy started recruitment activities in early 2009 and enjoyed sharing her experiences and success formulas with her Team of comrades. In the same year, she was awarded double promotion by her agency on her leadership and team sales. As an ACTA certified trainer, Ivy developed CPD Core topic “Handling Peculiar Situations Faced in HDB Transactions with Confidence” C2L2 which had received much compliments from many who attended. Her 2nd CPD Core topic “Dealing and Resolving Common Tenancy Matters upon TA signed” C3L1 in Nov 2014, were often full house attendance. Her 3rd CPD Core topic “Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing in Real Estate Sector” C3L1 was approved in Jan 2016. In pursuit of her passion in training, she completed DACE - Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education in 2017 to be a qualified WSQ program developer. She holds key roles developing cum revamping training syllables for OrangeTee signature programs such as HDB Gladiators for HDB agents and TeeOff program for rookies. Her generous sharing and commitments in her work had never fail to engage with others. She was awarded OrangeTee Outstanding Trainer for 5 consecutive from 2014 to 2018. Between 2014 to 2017, was appointed as Head of Training under AAG Division managing training programs for more than 1200 agents in AAG Division. Currently she is appointed as Head of Bonding for AAG Division, the department of FUN for bonding.
