Having been in this industry for 11 years now, since 2012. She has amassed a wealth of knowledge spanning across HDB, Condominiums and Landed Properties in Singapore. At the heart of this business is understanding the psychology behind speaking and managing people. This is especially so in the line of work where she is faced with buyers, sellers, and tenants. Each stakeholder has their own objectives and concerns in the respective processes of a sale, a purchase, or a rental. Her business mantra is built on 5 Cs: Commitment, Communication, Credibility, Consistency & Customer-centricity, while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to all her client’s real estate needs. She is a good listener and an astute negotiator, who strives to achieve a happy buyer, happy seller, happy landlord or happy tenant scenario at the end of the day. Resilience is one of her core strengths, being able to push herself harder to do her best and remain optimistic with every deal she has at hand. Increasingly so when there are tough times in the industry as the saying goes, a crisis can become opportunities. This is where she believes she can turn challenges into an opportunity.
