Graduating from NUS with a B.Sc (Real Estate) in 2006, I joined an International consultancy firm as a valuer and learnt to appraise all types of residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Joining a market-leading local bank as a mortgage banker in 2007, I provided mortgage solutions for clients' property needs, re-align their property portfolio through financial instruments and shared with them on foreign property financing. I am able to understand their feelings, thoughts and reasons in the property market. Most clients are appreciative of my knowledge and service and some have even became my personal friends.

Today there are so many Government regulations such as TDSR, MSR, ABSD, SSD etc. (you name it) limiting real estate opportunities. Yet, I am able to assist my clients to grow their property portfolio from HDB to private residential and commercial properties!
