With a background in computing, risk analysis, and client-facing roles, I bring both a structured, analytical lens and a strong understanding of people to my work.

My approach is straightforward in principle, but demanding in execution. I look beyond the property to analyse the market around it—how it is perceived, where demand is coming from, and what may be holding it back. From there, I work through pricing, positioning, presentation, and timing, adjusting quickly as the market responds.
There is no fixed template. Some listings require stronger staging. Some need sharper positioning. Others require a shift in how they are introduced to the market. The work lies in reading the situation accurately and acting on it.
I work with both data and instinct. Numbers matter but so do people. Buyers and sellers don’t always act rationally, and part of my role is to recognise that and guide decisions with clarity, without unnecessary pressure.
I listen, ask the right questions, and am comfortable having direct conversations when expectations need to be recalibrated. At the same time, I stay close to the process, keeping things moving and not letting momentum slip.
I’ve never believed in shortcuts. The focus is not just to list or to market, but to stay on the work, adjusting, refining, and pushing forward, until the right outcome is achieved.
