"We met Gabriel and his colleague Bryan Koh through a listing from PropertyGuru as we were looking to upgrade to a bigger property. The first meeting with Gabriel and Bryan took 2 hours and it was not even at the listed property because they wanted to find out more about our needs and our requirements for the future property. Even though they were vested in the listed property, not once did they try to hardsell us the unit. What impressed us most is that they actually listened and understood our needs and were eventually able to shortlist a few other properties which really were to our liking.
We viewed less than 5 listings in the end before making our purchase.
