"A Letter of Appreciation to Ms. Zou Time flies, and before I knew it, I have already been living in Singapore for several years. In May 2026, I encountered an issue with a household appliance that required the landlord’s cooperation for repairs. Honestly, situations like this are often the true test of whether an agent is genuinely responsible. Repair coordination usually involves scheduling, communication efficiency, and handling responsibilities, and without proper support, it can easily become very stressful for tenants. However, Ms. Zou once again stepped in promptly to help communicate with the landlord and coordinate the repair arrangements. The entire process was smooth and efficient. She remained patient throughout, responded quickly to messages, and continuously followed up on the progress until the issue was fully resolved. At that moment, I truly felt grateful. Because a genuinely reliable person is not someone who only performs well when things are easy, but someone who consistently remains responsible, sincere, and dependable over time and through all kinds of situations. Ms. Zou is exactly that kind of person. Over the years of renting in Singapore, I have come across different agents, but it is genuinely rare to meet someone as responsible, professional, reliable, and warm-hearted as Ms. Zou. She made me realize that a great property agent is not just someone who helps people find a house, but someone who helps create a sense of stability and security for people living far away from home. For those of us living overseas, a good home environment is extremely important, but a trustworthy person is even more valuable. Ms. Zou not only helped me find an apartment I truly loved, but also brought me a sense of comfort and peace of mind during my life in Singapore.
