Prior to joining the real estate industry, Esmond served as an Air Warfare Officer in the RSAF, and handled many of the organisation's communications. The 5 years stint in the military service helped sharpened his ability to work under a tight timeline, providing the best portrayal angle through concerted efforts in communication tools and materials, and cultivated in him a deep sense of responsibility and pride towards his work.

Today, Esmond represents PropNex Singapore, the Largest Listed Real Estate Agency in Singapore.
