Eric Lim

Eric Lim joined the Real Estate industry as an RES in September 2017. Prior to joining Real Estate, he has held a myriad of senior appointments with the Singapore Armed Forces and many Multi-National Companies like Certis CISCO Security, Robert Bosch and Shell Petroleum. The various challenging roles in the corporate environment have shaped him to be a mature and responsible person, who is always focused on the tasks at hand, as well as the stakeholders he needed to engage and manage. It is therefore imperative that he hone good inter-personal and negotiation skills to help him navigate the complexities of the businesses. These are the important qualities and attributes he brought to the industry, and made him very successful today.
