As an ex-financial consultant, I see the importance to have sufficient savings and start planning early for retirement. Having entered into the real estate industry, I’m glad that property has the ability to achieve this goal; to retire comfortably with force savings (when paying off mortgage) and grow retirement fund (with asset progression).
