I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Southern California (USC), equipping me with a strong foundation in market analysis, pricing strategy and investment fundamentals.

I began my career at The Business Times before entering the property industry with a boutique developer, giving me valuable insight into project positioning and long-term value creation.

Today, I specialise in Singapore’s prime Districts 9, 10 and 11. I am part of a top-performing PropNex team that has collectively closed over $10 billion in property sales and rentals over the past decade.
