Derrick is passionate about real estate. He has accumulated years of experience in property addition and alteration (A&A) work, design and renovation. He moved into the trade of real estate sales to advance in his career.

He has helped many of his clients purchase their dream homes with minimum hassle. Tapping his knowledge and experience, his clients have benefited not only from acquiring a beautiful home, but some have also been able to restructure their assets into more profitable investments.

When he first stepped into real estate sales, it was hardly a natural progression. Facing a situation where more time and money was necessary for the good of his family, he took a leap of faith into this new role. Like all new salespersons, he had a tough beginning. Perseverance, determination and hard work have been key factors on this journey. He had a mentor who coached him to be a good leader and guide. This helped his transition into a rewarding and enjoyable career.
