Prior to joining real estate, Derek has been involved in driving marketing initiatives and campaigns for MNCs for over ten years. His passion for real estate grew from his own personal experiences, both as a seller and a buyer. He ventured into the real estate business in 2012, and joined OrangeTee in 2013, and was already the Top 20 Producer for the first quarter.

Aside from good knowledge about real estate, Derek is also a firm believer of customer service. He greatly values the importance of understanding his clients and helping them achieved their objectives in searching for the right apartment for their own stay, or for real estate investment.

Derek Teng is my landlord’s realtor. From the very first moment that I came to see the unit, he knew exactly what to highlight in the apartment that would make a positive impact in me.
