I joined the real estate industry since 2000. My approach towards customers is to be honest and be myself, just like how i would treat my friends.

*History*

Time flies, it was in 1998 that i got my CEHA before even transacting a single property transaction. It was only in year 2000 that i decided to give it full time attention. To cut the long story short, i joined a big company and stayed for 9years before i decided to operate my current sole proprietorship in 2009.

*Focus*

My focus area of service is primarily property owners with regards to;

1) Sales and Rental of residential properties.

2) Property lease management for overseas and local property owners.
