He was able to negotiate with the LL and helped me get the rent to the point that I was really willing to pay. He has a lot of initiative and drive and he put in a lot of efforts to negotiate a good price for me He offered many helps in other areas too, such as getting beds, refrigerator, and needed technical works, such as installing toilet sprayers and new door keys. He also ensured the landlord to get professional cleaning, conduct Aircon services, and even wax the sofa.
