Since 1992, I’d resided in Toronto. Witnessing first hand the real estate cycle in the largest metropolitan in Canada and the effect immigration has on the real estate sector. Toronto is unique because after 5 yrs, 80% of all new immigrants into Canada settle down in Toronto. So I return to Singapore enriched with my experiences and perspectives to share with my clientele.
