My first career was as a banker specialising in real estate financing. On this foundation, I honed my skills in financial planning and structuring for real estate transactions. Now, as a realtor and property investor myself, I have finetuned and expanded my approach to real estate acquisition and investment.

I practise what I preach, and have fast-tracked my way through the asset progression journey. I moved from my first home (a BTO flat) to a landed terrace house in 2020 and then acquired an additional landed terrace house (incidentally, my adjacent neighbour) in 2021. I have also invested in several industrial properties over the past few years and have right-timed my entries and exits within this asset class to augment my yields and profits.

The real estate market is not uniform. There are areas which involve disproportionate risk and in the same vein, areas where profits can be magnified astutely. As a professional doing this work every single day, I am attuned to the dynamic market conditions and take pride in provided sound advice. Sometimes, my advice can also be "don't do anything yet".
