Started in 1993, Chris Soo has gained over 25 years of experiences, achievements and network in the real estate industry.

In the early days of his career, Chris was very active in the HDB market. His passion and hard work led to remarkable results, where he was awarded the Top Achiever for many consecutive years.

Chris also has in-depth knowledge of the private property market, including land for redevelopment. His main forte lies in the landed properties along District 9, 10 and 11 as well as condominiums at the Prime Districts.

Chris also has experiences dealing with corporate clients when he joined BLot Singapore, a Japan listed firm. As the firm's Key Executive Officer, Chris successfully transacted multiple commercial buildings and spaces, such as hotel resorts. Each transaction valued between $10 to $50 million.

Throughout the past 25 years, Chris has built up an expansive network of clients, many of which are high net worth investors who have entrusted the buying and selling of their properties to Chris repeatedly. His clients can therefore attest to his expertise as well as his genuine service.
