Chan XI graduated with a bachelor degree in Commerce, with a double major in international commerce and marketing. Prior to entering this industry, she was actively engaged in client-facing roles in corporate sales & business development. These experiences provided Chan XI the skillset to be effective at project management, engaging negotiations and delivering results under tight time constraints

She embodies the philosophy that being a real estate agent goes beyond finding ideal homes for buyers or selling properties. By taking an active role in fostering strong relationships with her clients, Chan XI has grown to be highly adept at understanding her clients’ unique needs, preferences & challenges.

Having lived in district 10 (Bukit Timah, Holland) for the past 2 decades, Chan XI is highly familiar with developments within the neighbourhoods and surrounding districts and would therefore offer valuable insights within these areas.
