Born and raised in a humble kampong in Penang, I’ve always believed that a proper home is the foundation for stability and success. This belief has shaped my passion for real estate and my mission to help others find not just properties, but places they can truly call home.
After starting my career as a nurse in NUH’s operating theatre, I made a bold shift into real estate in 2003. Over the years, I’ve taken on leadership roles with Huttons, List Sotheby’s, and ERA, gaining extensive experience across new launches, luxury markets, and client relationship management.
As Senior Marketing Director at STRATA AMC PTE LTD, I further deepened my expertise in property strategy, asset management, and long-term investment planning—broadening my perspective beyond transactions into value creation and portfolio growth.
In 2025, I joined PropNex, where I continue to leverage a strong network, advanced marketing platforms, and real-time market insights to better serve my clients. This move enables me to stay agile in a fast-evolving market while delivering more effective exposure and results.
