Hi, I’m Catherine. Before entering real estate, I spent close to 7 years in the loan broking industry, guiding clients through financing and IPA approvals. That experience made me realise that purchasing a property is never just about choosing a home — it’s about making sure everything financially and emotionally makes sense for you as well, from the numbers to the timing and long-term plans.
