Cara graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management). She joined ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd in 2003 after serving in the Civil Service for several years.

Cara has been with ERA for the past 18 years. ERA is a public-listed real estate agency in Singapore. It is also the largest International Real Estate Agency in Singapore with over 7000 agents networking together. Cara is from ERA’s Prime Division, which has been the company’s top division since 2006.

On a personal level, Cara has progressed rapidly through the ranks from Marketing Executive to her current position of Senior Marketing Director. She has been a Multi-Million Dollar club member since 2004. Cara has also been a consistent Top Achiever in ERA since 2004.

Cara started with New Homes Marketing before expanding on to the Residential Resale and Rental Market. Forging good relations and with strong support from her regular clients, she is now entrusted with managing their (family) real estate portfolios.

With her 18 years’ in Project Marketing, Cara has develop a keen sense in market analysis, project analysis, property analysis, down to units selections for both owner-occupiers and investors.

Cara’s main focus is in Listing and Marketing of Luxury Homes in Singapore's Prime Central Districts of 9/10/11, namely, Orchard, River Valley, Holland, Newton & Bukit Timah. In the recent years, as investors’ trends developed, she has branched out to Districts 1/4/7/15, namely, Marina Bay, Sentosa Cove, Bugis, Tanjong Rhu and Meyer areas.

On the Commercial front, Cara has also assisted her clients in the Buying/Selling/ Renting of Prime Office and Retail Space in the Central Business Districts and Warehouses and Factories in the industrial areas.
