C T Chua

Chua been instrumental in establishing his career in the real estate industry since 1995. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University (UK) and a Master in Business Administration from Nottingham University (UK). In 2016, he obtained a Graduating Certificate in International Arbitration from the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Chua often finds way to create extensive value for his client. He obtain an advance Diploma in Interior Design (Aus) which added great value to his capability, not only in the property sales and development segments but in the design aspect too. He truly believe that a well design home can provide significant benefit to the occupier such as improving their quality of life and increasing the value of their home.

His long experience in the real estate industry allow him to be one of the younger agent who went through 4 significant event from 1997 to 2013. His experience and education in the real estate and business management enable him to offer valuable opinion to his client to restructure their property portfolio and investment.

Apart from his solidfy career in the Real Estate Industry, Chua has also established other business which include services such as interior design consultancy and renovations and constructions works.

Chua is a qualified Trainer and Assessor certified by WDA, Singapore. He is also a Fellow with the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
