Being equipped with in-depth knowledge and experience having been in the industry since 2005, Bruce Lye is regarded by many as one of the elite Realtors in Singapore.

Coming from a humble background, Bruce has built up his personal diversified investment portfolio from ground zero.

Over a short span of 15 years, his investment portfolio now consists of Singapore Landed & Condominium Homes, Commercial/Retail space, industrial units & Overseas Residential properties.

Together with Benson Koh, they co-founded an agency, SRI PTE LTD that leads & mentors a team of more than 1250 full-time licensed realtors & staff in 8 Business units namely, SRI Luxury Homes, SRI Landed Homes, SRI Business Space, SRI Corporate Leasing, SRI Property Management, SRI Auctions, SRI Enbloc Consultation & SRI Project-Marketing.

Bruce is also an industry recognised real estate trainer whose trainings have been well-received and constantly over-subscribed.

Bruce has received several distinguished awards & accolades for his work which includes the Institute of Estate Agent Singapore (IEA) & SAEA Top Realtor and Best Leader Awards. He has also consistently been awarded the Top Sales Producer and Top Group Director within his previous companies since 2008.

His keen interest & experience in understanding the needs of his clientele led him to incorporate FiveK Projects Pte Ltd in 2013. The company focuses on developing signature landed homes in Singapore which are designed as practical quality homes that suits families looking for conducive multi-generational living. FiveK Projects have developed 3 houses to date and currently have another 10 houses undergoing re-development.

He also strongly believes in paying it forward and contributing back to society. In the realtor arena, he serves as the Vice-President on the Executive Council of the Singapore Estate Agents Associations (SEAA) which protects and safeguards the legitimate interest, providing a unified voice for the estate agencies in Singapore. Bruce's contribution back to Singapore is apparent with this service as a Patron & Grassroots Leader of the Punggol Coast Citizens Consultative Committee.
