In 2013, while searching for my first property, I discovered a deep passion for real estate. I immersed myself in floor plans, price charts, and in-depth property studies. This journey led me to purchase a dual-key unit in an Executive Condo and rented out the dual-key studio room for 5 years. This experience taught me the importance of choosing the right property as your first investment, setting the stage for future financial success.

In 2017, driven by my growing enthusiasm for real estate, I took a leap of faith and joined the industry full-time. Over the years, by God’s grace, I’ve had the privilege of helping many families achieve their property goals, finding immense fulfillment in guiding them through their property journeys. In 2023, inspired by the successes of my clients, I made a strategic decision to purchase a second property for investment. Applying the same strategies and risk-analyses that I use for my clients, I acquired an undervalued property. In just one year, its value increased by six figures, validating my approach to smart real estate investment.
