1992 - Started my Real Estate Profession. I joined a Real Estate Investment Company, taking care of commercial property for sale and rental.
1994 - I moved on to join a major developer, Far East Organisation, marketing their Residential/Commercial Property. I have had gained much experience after a few years of working with them dominating almost half of Singapore landscape's residential properties.
1996 - Having gained my quality experiences with them and armed with my Real Estate License, I started my Real Estate Consultant firm.
2000 - I was offered to work in M’sia, KL, doing sales & marketing of KL property for a group of Singapore investors in KLCC & Bukit Bintang.
Return to SG 2004, I went on to join DTZ (Debenham Tie Leung) specialised in marketing private properties.
D01/04, Marina Bay/Sentosa properties. New launches & resale.
D09/10/11, Developer's new launch projects.
2004 - Govt developed Marina Bay.

The Most Latest Renown Project and Developer - Marina One Residences by M&S Pte Ltd (Joint-venture between Khazanah Nasional Malaysia & Temasek Holding Singapore).
2005 - I was also involved in Sentosa Island Properties when Singapore Government started to develop the Sentosa Island and exercise sales of Sentosa land parcel for landed houses development.
In Sentosa, I have sold Bungalow and Condos at -
North Cove - The Berth, The Azure, The Coast, OceanFront.
South Cove - Marina Collection, Turquoise, Sea Scape, Cape Royale, The Green Collection & Waterfront Villas for Sales or Rental.
Since then till date, I have assisted many of my local & overseas investors build their wealth in Real Estate Investment in our little red dot country - Singapore. As well as London, Australia, KL, Vietnam & Cambodia.
I takes pride in my professional skills with total commitment to meeting my clients' needs, high attention to details, and serving my customers with utmost integrity and paying full focus on the requirement. Analysing and discussing on the right direction of investment. Most important creating their wealth.
My proudest moment in my career was being named Top Producer for 5 consecutive years in DTZ of my trade.
In the midst of my successful career and producing excellent result, I was offered by one of the biggest Real Estate Agency in Australia, CBRE, to work as a Real Estate Sales Director/Consultant, whereby I stay in Australia for a period of time and again producing good sales result hitting the Sales target and assisting the agency to create sell-out project in just 2 months. I am also a qualified Australia License Agent till date.
