Having graduated from NUS, I landed my first job as a Mortgage Specialist assisting clients with their mortgage needs, providing mortgage financial advice and also giving updated market outlook from both a bank and personal perspective.

Fast forward 8 years, I decided to make a career switch as real estate is my PASSION ! Well equipped with banking knowledge and MAS's guidelines ( such as TDSR, MSR, ABSD, SSD), I serve to provide additional information and solutions to many clients!

While many might think that it's now "crunch time", yet I firmly believe that real estate is an evergreen market!
