Hi, I'm Andrea Goh.

Before real estate, I began my career in nursing. I graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and spent three years caring for patients at the bedside. That season shaped how I work today more than anything else. It taught me to listen properly, to notice the small details others miss, and to stay calm and steady for people when a big decision feels heavy on their shoulders. For most families, a property move is one of the largest financial and emotional decisions they will ever make — and I bring that same genuine duty of care to every client I serve.

Nursing also taught me that good advice starts with understanding the whole person, not just the immediate request. So before we talk about listings or numbers, I take time to understand your bigger picture — your family, your timeline, your finances, and what you are really hoping this move will do for your life. From there, we shape a plan that fits you, rather than a one-size-fits-all sales pitch. I would far rather help you arrive at the right decision, patiently and in your own time, than nudge you toward a hasty one.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF STRENGTH

In 2017, I underwent open-heart surgery to repair a congenital hole in my heart. It became a defining chapter of my life. Rather than slow me down, it made me stronger — I rebuilt my fitness step by step and came through fitter and more determined than I had ever been. It also deepened my empathy. I understand what it feels like to face something big and uncertain, and to come through it one steady step at a time. I carry that fighter's spirit into my work: whatever a transaction throws up along the way, I do not shy away from it. I see it through, all the way, for the people who trust me.

CURIOUS BY NATURE, DISCIPLINED BY CHOICE

I have always kept an open mind and a habit of challenging myself. Over the years I have taken up a wide range of sports — netball, tennis, soccer, softball, floorball and more — which taught me discipline, teamwork, and how to keep my composure when the pressure is on. I have also built practical skills that directly benefit my clients: photography and videography, so your property is presented at its very best, and the art of negotiation, so your interests are protected and your goals are met at the table. I like to describe myself as a jack of all trades and a master of some — versatile enough to handle whatever your situation calls for, and deep enough where it truly counts.
