Alvin graduated from NUS with a degree of Bachelor of Engineering(Mechanical Engineering) Second Class Honours. He proceeded to work for an engineering company before he took a leap of faith into joining the real estate industry. He has proven himself to be a motivated individual among his peers. He displays an eagerness to learn, and is extremely passionate and dedicated to his course of work.

Even before entering the real estate industry, Alvin has always been a customer service oriented individual.
