Hi, I’m Alvin Khoo – and thank you for visiting my website! I’ve been in real estate since 2007, with a strong focus on the private residential sector, especially in areas like River Valley, Robertson Quay, Marina Bay, Bukit Timah, and Upper Bukit Timah. Over the years, I’ve helped clients with new home purchases, resale transactions, renting out their investment properties, managing landlord units, and even expat relocations—something I’ve grown very familiar with through the years. I started my real estate journey at PropNex as a Senior Associate before moving to CBRE Realty Associates in 2009, where I was promoted to Team Director and ranked among the Top 10 resale producers from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, I joined KF Property Network as Head of Business Unit, where I remained a Top 100 producer for four years and was appointed Senior Project IC for launches like Rise At Oxley, Twin VEW, and Daintree Residence. My next move brought me to OrangeTee & Tie in 2019 as a Senior Associate District Director, where I continued to lead project sales and was proud to be appointed Lead IC for Daintree Residence, Dairy Farm Residence, and CanningHill Piers. In 2021, I was also invited to serve as an Official Trainer, and in 2022, I took on a leadership role in their Residential Project Department as Vice President and Head of Sales. But in 2023, I made the conscious decision to return to the front line by joining Huttons Asia Pte Ltd. Why? Because I realised my true passion is being on the ground—serving my clients directly, understanding their needs personally, and being there every step of the way. What I Stand For
