I have personally helped more than 500 tenants find home, office and industrial space over the pass 12 years in Singapore. Good knowledge of the type of profile and tenant to look for. Seamless and transparent process between Landlord and Tenant. Professionally prepared the LOI/TA, handover timeline and Inventory. Carefully advise the tenants on upkeep of the property and check service contracts are in place during the lease, and negotiate renewal if required.

**Fees: Standard market fees, one month rental plus GST, for a 2 year lease, (and co broke if required).
