I have personally helped more than 500 tenants find home, office and industrial space over the pass 12 years in Singapore. I have a large network of expatriate clients/SME and can feature your property on my personal and professional property social media, featuring videos/ site plans . Good knowledge of the type of profile and tenant to look for. Seamless and transparent process between Landlord and Tenant. Professionally prepared the LOI/TA, handover timeline and Inventory. Carefully advise the tenants on upkeep of the property and check service contracts are in place during the lease, and negotiate renewal if required.
**Fees: Standard market fees, one month rental plus GST, for a 2 year lease, (and co broke if required).
Selling or buying your properties?
Our team and myself can reliably guide you through the process and calculate your loan, deposits, stamp duty costs, lawyers’ fees, return on equity, savings plan, exit strategy, timelines, stamp duty costs, prepare the Option to Purchase for your lawyers to review. The property will be photographed and filmed professionally with access to all virtual tours and floor plans. The service extends to include following up on the transaction with the buyers, sellers and legal teams for a smooth easy sale.
Singapore offers very low interest rates, 75% bank loan, 25% cash down, stamp duty rates apply. Very transparent and stable country to invest.
