Alice credits her success to her zest, dedication and passion for real estate. Constantly keeping abreast of the latest news and trends has given her complete understanding of what makes a great investment, whether is it a home or an investment property. Additionally, working with the top-performing team – Powerful Negotiators in PropNex, has also propelled her real estate career.

Alice’s curiosity for the real estate started when she was working with developers on their marketing campaigns during her advertising days. She decided to embark in her real estate career in 2010. After a very slow start at her previous agency, Alice join PropNex Powerful Negotiators in 2011.

This is where she was given the chance to excel in her career. Powerful Negotiator’s unique online “RealTime” system, established training platform, and most importantly, the selfless sharing culture has enable her to climb the ranks quickly in just two years. She is now an Associate Group Director.

Alice started venturing into team-building in 2013. She believes that since Powerful Negotiator’s proven system has helped her succeed, it could help many succeed too. Alice’s belief “Give a man to fish and he will eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime” has helped her associates achieve many sales breakthroughs.

Alice not only wants what is best for her own team, she has also volunteered her time to lead the Powerful Negotiators Woodlands GTA. She feels that her passion to share and help agents grow is a rewarding experience.
Similarly, she also wants the best for her clients, and she works hard to make that a reality. Her sincerity has won her clients over, with many not only found their dream home or investment property, they found a friend too!
