About Alex
September 2016 marked Alex’s welcome into the Real Estate business. Prior to this, he spent the past 15 years working as a regional director in the logistics industry. A desire to spend more time with his loved ones was what fuelled his career switch. This leap of faith into unknown territory as an entrepreneur was risky, but served him well. His impressive skills are reflected in the assortment of accolades he quickly bagged upon entering the field, some more notable ones being one of the Top 100 ERA achievers in September 2018 and March 2020, along with being part of the Million Dollar Club in March 2019, among others.
An avid owner and investor of multiple homes even before his venture into the trade, Alex was already well acquainted with property matters. Hence, his familiarity with Asset Progression was partly what kindled his strong interest in Real Estate. He is the embodiment of ‘Practising what you preach’, and also a diehard believer in ‘Don’t wait to buy Real Estate, buy Real Estate and wait’.
Alex’s previous job involved extensive travelling where he had to liaise with international clients. This has armed him with cultural sensitivity skills which aids marvellously in facilitating seamless transactions between individuals of varying races. In multi-racial Singapore, this is an undeniably coveted quality. It has also equipped him with a sharp eye in identifying new opportunities, and a knack for cultivating healthy, long standing customer relationships.
