About Ahmad
In 2012, I decided to sit for the Real Estate Salesperson examination to gain knowledge mostly. Upon being a qualified real estate agent, I joined a team on a part time basis as an “apprentice”. Over the years, I was fortunate to have top performing individuals in the field as my mentors who taught me the ropes. After 7 years in the aviation industry with experience in both Operations and Commercial as well being one of the top sales growth contributors in the company, I decided to pursue in what I foresee to be a more fulfilling career. August 2017, I became a full-time agent.

When it comes to real estate, agents need to know the ground they are walking on, know their clients and therefore be very familiar with the estate and the area they are serving. They should be able to identify true buyers when serving clients and deliver on clients’ expectations, if not above. To top it off, always be in the know of policy changes and effectively utilise the right marketing strategy for each sale. Having said that, I’m sure you’ll agree that real estate is an emotional decision and hence it is vital to incorporate our human element in our everyday touch points.
