Verified Listings are property listings verified by PropertyGuru for accurate addresses and genuine intent to sell or rent. This ensures the authenticity of the listings, making them more appealing and reliable to your potential clients.
Benefits of Verifying Your Listings
Verifying your listings elevates credibility and visibility in the competitive real estate marketplace. It confirms the accuracy of your property address and shows your serious intent to sell or rent, attracting genuine inquiries and building trust with clients.
A verified listing stands out in search results, receiving priority ranking over Regular listings. Once your listing is verified, there will be a prominent green ‘Verified Listing’ label on both the search results and the listing page, making it easier for property seekers to identify your properties. Property seekers can also easily filter for these listings on PropertyGuru and CommercialGuru.

Getting Your Listings Verified
You can submit a Verified Listing application for any of your active listings via the following steps:
1. Visit the Listings page on your AgentNet.
2. Select Get Verified on the listing you wish to apply.
3. Upload the documents required.
4. Confirm that your listing details are accurate and complete your submission.
5. Your application is now under review, and the verified status will be reflected within 5 working days.
