Tampines Street 24 is marking its presence inside Tampines HDB Estate that attracts every property investor of the country for sure. In 1991, the Housing and Development Board of Singapore completed the development of Tampines HDB Estate and handed it to the ‘Tampines Town Council’ for its smooth operation. Covering a wide 4.24km area of eastern Singapore, the Tampines region includes more than 52k valuable housing with accommodating more than 200k population. This is one of the popular posh areas which are adjacently located to Tampines Street 21 and Tampines Avenue 7. This residential were built during 1999 and since then, numerous residential apartments, libraries, health centres, Childcare centres etc. have been built here and nearby area. The presence of world class facilities makes it’s one of the most preferred place for owning a residential apartment.

 

Tampines Street 24 is a semi-enclosed area that is attached to Tampines Avenue 7 in the east and Tampines Street 21 in the north. There are many residential apartments present over here, stretching from 520218 to 529314. In terms of numbers, there are around 12 blocks of HDB spread over this place. There are around 1001 HDB units that are advertised for sale and rent. The HDBs are developed is such a way that compliments the local architectural design and English interior design. Apart from that, there are three MRT stations present nearby i.e. Tampines MRT station, Tampines East MRT station and Simei MRT station.
