I had recently collected the keys to my resale flat. After the completion date i went to check on the unit and discovered the seller removed the aircon units without my permission. So now the seller wants me to pay him for aircon installation What should I do for this matters.

Did you not do an inspection prior to completion? you may wish to claim damages against the seller but you will need to engage a lawyer to do so. It could be cheaper to purchase brand new set of aircon instead given the current scenario. Read More
