1) If the e-service does not have the facility to add non-immediate families. You may approach your HDB branch office for assistance.
2) Make sure you bring a photocopy/photos if it is inconvenient to bring the original of your nephew's ID or work pass or employment pass or student pass that can prove his authorized stays in Singapore to the branch office.
3) The staff there will be able to assist you to do the necessary paperwork.
