Tee Land sells 15 of 48 units at Lattice One preview weekend

The 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom + study and 3-bedroom units at Lattice One condominium were sold at an average price of $1,800 psf. These units have floor areas ranging 538 sq ft to 1,076 sq ft, and the buyers of these units were all Singaporeans.

Tee Land has sold 15 of the 48 units at its Lattice One condominium project at Seraya Crescent, at an average price of $1,800 per sq ft (psf) during its preview weekend.

This reflects a take-up rate of about 31 percent.

The types of units sold include 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom + study and 3-bedroom units with floor areas ranging 50 sq m (538 sq ft) to 100 sq m (1,076 sq ft), and buyers of these units were all Singaporeans.

“Situated within minutes from Lower Pierce Reservoir and Bishan park, residents at Lattice One will enjoy the lush greenery surrounding and a tranquil lifestyle. Besides being in close proximity to amenities, units of this project also features home automation with Smart Lifestyle options and devices,” said Jonathan Phua, executive director and chief executive of Tee Land.

The developer also launched the five-storey condominium 35 Gilstead in March. Units at the freehold project sold at an average price of $2,500 psf. According to URA data, 35 Gilstead sold eight of the 35 units launched as at May.
