With all the new launches going on, wouldn't it be difficult for the resale market? It's buyer's market now plus majority will want to buy a new unit rather than a resale. How can sellers tie over this period of 2018?

At the end of the day, if a resale project is being priced alongside new launch project, this is likely unachievable unless there is a special reason for the buyer to purchase it as such a price.

Although the new launch market has been piping hot over the past few years, 2018 will be the year resale market starts to pick up.
