Will there be a is likely valuation increase after HIP program. for EA type.
Target selling price at 750K ,is it too high?? Mid level, marble finished to hall and Homo generous tile to all rooms. extended balcony space to living area and roofed over extended area.

Evening Mr. Tan,

Depending on which area you are staying in and the extend of the HIP, it might have certain impact if the billing have being settled. As for asking of $750k, it would be possible, again depending on where your unit is located.

Hi Mr Tan,

The information you have given is insufficient for any of us to determine if $750k price tag you have indicated is achievable.

With the HDB resale market cooling off lately, there are many units affected and has sort of being transformed into a buyer's market. That being said, it is still very much dependant on the unit available and how it appeals to the prospective buyer. I have managed to sell a unit in its original condition for $85k COV in TPY estate just this month and another one for $100k COV also in original condition in Boon Keng just about 2 months back.

As a seller, it is advisable to do your sums proper and plan accordingly. To sell at the right time at the desired price would be ideal, otherwise should you be pricing your unit out of what the current market can accept would be inviting buyers to your place for viewing only which will take up your precious time.
