Hello! In my opinion, it is likely because they entered at a lower price, and today's price is advantageous for them to sell. Understand a part of blk 62 faces the HDB - so it doesn't have unblocked views like other blocks of the same project. While I'm not sure what the prices was like back in 2009, but in the eyes of developer, that block would have easily been priced much lower entry.

Feel free to ask me any questions any time :)

Hi Couzan, may I know what cause your concern of whether Stack 62 has many units selling and I think you mean Block/ Tower 62? Did a quick check for Oasis @ Elias there is a good mix of units sold in different stacks in the past six months namely Stack 04, 05, 07, 06, 09, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23 whereby each of these stacks has one unit sold. (Block /Tower 62 - Stack 05, 06, 07, 08) Are you looking into buying a property here or looking for a property?

Block /Tower 62 Transactions (Past 6 Months)
May-21 - #XX-05; 3 Bedroom; 1,206sf; $960,000 ($120,000 Loss)
Mar-21 - #XX-07; 2 Bedroom; 980sf; $780,000 ($152,000 Profit)
Mar-21 - #XX-06: 2 Bedroom; 980sf; $860,000 ($100,000 Loss)
