I do agreed this is disturbing. Thus the need of a profession to assist in your purchase.
We have to spend a great amount of time to browse through several websites in order to put everything together for client's consideration. An average of few full days; 24 to 32 work hours is the minimum we have to spend in order to piece these information together. Than to filter out the duplicate listing, and contact sales rep for appointment can takes up to 2 to 3 work days or even more if there are inaccurate/false/unreal listing.
DIY, means you have to do your own research, filtering, contacting, and sometime even encounter unpleasant circumstance during viewing, which can be minimise by engaging a profession to assist.
