We bought the hdb flat under non Singaporean spouse scheme many years ago. My hubby is the owner and I am the occupier. Now I am sc and if we would like to purchase a condo now, does the new condo consider a second property ? If buying the condo under my own name ? Am I consider first timer or second timer?

Evening Apple,

If you choose to purchase the private property under your name, it will be considered as your first property. Hence ABSD is not required.
