We are planning on moving to Singapore in August and wanted to know how difficult it will be to rent a nice condo such as Marina Residence with 2 small Yorkshire Terriers. Are landlords generally okay with pets? or will we struggle?

Firstly a Warm Welcome to you, your family and your two dogs to Singapore.

May i serve your housing needs?

With regards to your questions, generally almost all landlord are okay with pet dogs, as long as tenant is responsible for their pet dog damages to the house, if any.

No commission chargeable to tenant for 2 years and above rental lease. However shorter rental lease can be arrange too.

Indeed you make an excellent choice in Marina Bay Residence as it combine the convenience of vibrant city centre living, yet just a short stroll to World Renowned Gardens By The Bay.
