To all agents here, if have 4 choices of lower quantum 3 bedders, the Mayfair near Chinese garden mrt, northoak near admiralty, regent heights at Bukit Batok , Elias green, which is fastest to rent rooms/or whole unit with high rent? share your view here with open discussion since is ask guru forum,,much appreciated.

Different projects appeal to different tenants, and from rental perspective, being near to major transport node or town centre will be the key considerations for tenant, nevertheless, it will still boil down to the rental price for the tenants, as well as the buyer who is buying in to rent out. These are 4 choices that cannot be compared since they are strategically located in different locations, between extreme east, west and north.

    Ok..,since Pasir Ris, admiralty from past history their rental is always low..and take times to rent out too ..Jurong have a IT expats.I more incline to Jurong West. .Bukit Batok is the only one I unsure..what’s your take on Bukit Batok condos that not near mrt?

In my opinion and for now, if your budget allows, then probably you like to think of getting a unit with the newest lease among all your choices as there be a higher chances of some resale value left should you decide to sell one day. Cos as for now and from what I observed, many rental units have gone down and even for myself, I been getting lesser call for viewing since early this year in January. So in short, rental yield would likely be back to pre covid level come the 3rd or the 4th quarter by this year.
