Those newspaper adverts that we always see on the straits times at orchard hotels for aussie, bkk, mys, cambodia, tokyo, london and timbaktu properties, are they being marketed to singaporeans at a premium?
Are they even affordable to their locals by their income levels or are the locals shunning these properties and actually laughing at singaporeans for their naiveness thinking that we found a gem?
Surely if i were to book an air ticket and fly direct to those developments and liaise directly w the local agent, it would be much cheaper, no??
