Hello guys! We are a filipino family currently residing here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. My father have decided that he wants to purchase an apartment or possibly a condo for us in SG. However, we are not sure how to go about property hunting in SG since we are not there. We would also like some information about the procedures of buying a property for foreigners like us who are not living in SG.
