Sorry, I do not have any plan to buy a flat now. I just want to ask a question concerns the HDB flat.
My husband and I are in a conflict ( I am Vietnamese, and Singapore P.R; my husband is Singaporean). He threatens to chase me out of the house (HDB flat) we are living now. He tells me that he bought the house by himself and he is the house's sole owner.
However, I husband did used my IC when registering, and we had 30K grant when buying the flat. Can I be the share owner of the flat?
