Singaporean/25/Single/Interested in getting a newly launch One Bedder in any part of SG for my own stay. Not intending to start a family.

Uncertain which launch should I purchase, TWIN VEW? THE TAPESTRY? THE JOVELL?
Location not an issue.
Just need to hear opinions on these launches

No issue in getting 500k Loan. CPF + CASH around 100k as of now.

You probably require more cash+CPF OA for the purchase, as max loan is only 80% of purchase price. 1 bedroom is approx 550k price range +/-, and including approx 3% stamp duties, 550k x 23% is approx 130k.
